The Preparation Process and Application of Composite Wall Cladding Panels

What Are Composite Wall Cladding Panels?

Composite wall cladding panels are a new generation of high-performance building interior partition wall produced industrially, composed of multiple construction materials. They replace traditional bricks and tiles and have notable advantages such as being environmentally friendly, energy-saving, non-polluting, lightweight, earthquake-resistant, fireproof, insulating, soundproof, and quick to construct.

Preparation Process of Composite Wall Cladding Panels

Composite wall cladding panels use ordinary Portland cement, sand, and fly ash, or other industrial wastes such as slag, as fine aggregates. Polystyrene particles and a small amount of inorganic chemical additives are then added, combined with a fully automatic high-efficiency forced lightweight aggregate mixing system, introducing air during the mixing process to form a honeycomb-like stable pore structure in the core layer to further reduce the product's bulk density. This not only lowers material costs but also achieves ideal insulation and soundproofing effects.

The polystyrene particles and pores are uniformly distributed inside the product, allowing the concrete to form a circular honeycomb-like framework, thereby mutually supporting each other and increasing compressive strength. Adding fly ash improves the workability of the concrete slurry and, most importantly, enhances the post-cure strength of the cement, significantly increasing the product's strength, flexural strength by 80%, and modulus of rupture by over 50%.

Application Range of Composite Wall Cladding Panels

  • Composite wall cladding panels are suitable for projects with high soundproofing requirements, such as hotels, KTVs, schools, and hospitals.

  • Composite wall cladding panels are suitable for projects with construction limitations, such as partition walls in malls and secondary refurbishment partition walls.

  • Composite wall cladding panels are suitable for projects requiring reduced wall load, such as ultra-high walls, light steel houses, steel structures, and prefabricated houses.

  • Composite wall cladding panels are suitable for projects with special fireproofing requirements, such as pipeline wells, fire walls, and large kitchens.

  • Composite wall cladding panels are suitable for projects with special moisture and waterproofing requirements, such as bathrooms, restrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas.

  • Composite wall cladding panels are suitable for projects requiring nailing, hanging, and adhesive attachment, such as commercial decoration, home decoration, various types of conventional partition walls for interior and exterior walls.
